This property is centrally located in Mt Martha.
If you are not familiar with Mt Martha, it is a beautiful seaside town popular for its beaches, cafes, boutique stores and proximity to fabulous tourist areas.

You will be a short drive from the wonderful sites of Mornington Peninsula such as Victoria’s best Wineries, Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Hot Springs and luscious golf courses.
Spot the wildlife such as wallabies and native birds in the bushland and appreciate the natural wonder of Mount Martha public park.
