The lower features a large 6 seater spa, the upper featuring a beautiful open plan living. It’s time to kick back, you’re on holiday!

The golf course is on your back door, the beach is walking distance, and some of the best wineries in Victoria are just minutes away by car. St Andrew’s is also home to the St Andrew’s Brewery which has incredible history and fit out – one of Lively’s favourite spots on the Mornington Peninsula.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to keep good relations with our neighbours and local council, please consider our house rules before booking:

1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.
