2. For non-airbnb bookings, a security deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.
3. Absolutely no parties or unapproved gatherings at any time
4. Loud music cannot be played at any time to maintain good relations with neighbours. Fines may apply for disturbances. The property is monitored by Noise Alarms.
5. No “schoolies” bookings accepted. Please respect this policy.
6. Bookings from groups under the age of 28 are not permitted
7. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the property
8. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.

1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.
