Heating/Cooling:
There are two Split System Air-Conditioning units in the unit.  
There are multiple heating options.  The split system works well and there is also a gas heater in the central living room.
Additional electric wall heaters are in each room.  These can be manually turned on and the temperature for the unit can then be set.  The unit will stay on until turned off manually.

Notes

There are Security Cameras that point out over the drive way. There are also Noise Aware systems to prevent unreasonably loud music.
